What do different point statuses mean?
Approved: Ready to use for rewards. Pending: Your points are awaiting verification. Typical for recent purchases and referrals. Cancelled: Not added to your account, for example when a purchase is cancelled.
Can I update the email address for my rewards account?
Yes! Customers can create a new account with their preferred email here. Once set up, please reach out to our team here at [email protected] so we can transfer all Reward and order history to the new account.
Can I earn points on orders paid with a gift card?
You’ll earn points on purchases made with a debit or credit card. Orders paid with a gift card won’t earn points. If you use both a gift card and a debit/credit card in the same order, you’ll only collect points on the portion paid by debit/credit ca
