How can I redeem my rewards points?Updated 3 months ago

1. Once logged in and on the ‘Orders’ page, click ‘View Rewards’
This will take you to a page where you can access:
- How many rewards points you have and can see any pending points
- Your rewards, history, how to earn points, rewards available to you, tiers, and FAQ's. 

2. Scroll or click 'Rewards'
This will show you what rewards you can redeem based on the amount of points you have. To redeem this you need to click 'get reward'

3. Click 'REDEEM'

4. This code will automatically apply at checkout.

Important to note: 

If you would like to find that code again, scroll up to 'History'. This will show you how your points have been added or removed. Once redeemed, there should be proof of you redeeming this reward. Under 'Status', click the 'Approved' icon.
