How Does Your Scent Stars Tier System Work?Updated 3 months ago

Starting from June 4th, we launched our brand new loyalty program - and that’s when your Scent Star Status officially began! From that date forward, everything you spend contributes to your tier status.

🛍️ Here's how it works:

Your tier is based on how much you spend over a 12-month period, starting from June 4th, 2024.

So if you spend $200 on June 4th and another $50 later in the year, your total would be $250 — and you’d move into the Fragrance Fans tier.

But once June 4th, 2025 rolls around, the $200 from June 2024 will fall off (since it's more than 12 months old), and only your recent $50 would count. That means you might move down a tier if no further spending is made to maintain it.

This rolling system keeps your status current and encourages ongoing rewards!
