Should you encounter any issues with your order such as receiving damaged or leaking products, please accept our sincere apologies.
If you’ve received damaged, leaking, or unsatisfactory items, please snap a photo of the products and your packing slip, then email them to us within 30 days of receiving your order at so we can assist you further. You can reach us at [email protected].
If your product has a faulty spray pump or lid, please send us a photo of the item within 30 days as well. This helps us pass on feedback to our suppliers and provide you with a quick resolution.
👉 If you purchased Parcel Protection at checkout, you’ll be covered for courier-related issues such as damage in transit. If you didn’t select Parcel Protection, we may not be able to assist in the same way.
