What do I do if I haven't received a tracking number/shipping email or if my tracking information has not been updated?Updated 3 months ago

Once you have placed your order, you should receive an order confirmation email. If you did not receive this, please check your spam folder. If it's not in your spam, you may have accidentally made a typo when entering your details. Feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] with your order details and we can look into this for you. 

You will receive a Tracking ID once your order has been dispatched.

It can take several hours for the tracking activity to update. We recommend giving it 12-24 hours before checking your tracking status.

You can track your package using the provided URL. In case of any delays or if the tracking does not update, please allow some time due to possible lag in the tracking system.

However, if your order is still being processed in our warehouse, we ask you to kindly be patient and keep an eye out for your Shipping Confirmation email. 

While we generally aim to dispatch your order in 5 business days we may need up to 10 business days to dispatch. Please note that this time frame does not include weekends and public holidays. If you believe your package is lost or delivered to the wrong address, please contact our customer service with your order details, and we will assist you further
